Arunachal: Agriculture Minister Tage Taki Visits Dollungmukh in Kamle Dist

The Regional Committee on Interstate Border Affairs for Kamle District, led by its Chairman and Agriculture Minister Tage Taki, visited Dollungmukh subdivision on Friday and took stock of the agriculture fields and the government structures and establishments in the area.

Addressing the public, Minister Taki said that the government is adamant to find a permanent solution to the boundary disputes and is pursuing it with utmost seriousness.

He informed the people that several rounds of meetings have been held in Delhi and Guwahati to resolve the boundary issues, and that the chief ministers of both the states are taking active interest in it.

Minister Taki said, “In respect to other boundary areas, the situation in Dollungmukh area is different as the people of both states are coexisting in harmony,” and further claimed that, if the boundary issue is resolved, it would benefit the people of both the states living in the area economically and socially.

Raga MLA Tarin Dakpe, former MLA Tamar Murtem, the DC and the SP of Kamle, and the Dollungmukh ZPM accompanied the minister. (DIPRO)
