Arunachal: West Siang Bids Farewell to DC Moki Loyi on Retirement

West Siang DC

Arunachal Pradesh’s West Siang District administration on Wednesday gave a warm farewell to Deputy commissioner Moki Loyi on his retirement from Government service.

Loyi served West Siang district as its DC for the past year and a half. Officers from all the circles and sub-divisions of the district, public leaders and locals gathered at the DC’s office to shower their love and gratitude for the officer.

Speaking on the occasion, Loyi lamented that many of his desires to do something for the district as the native of the town could not be fulfilled due to the spread of Coronavirus during his entire tenure.

He, however, lauded the cooperation of all the officers and public in the fight against the dreaded disease.

The notable achievements of Moki Loyi as a DC include implementation of parking regulation in the busy streets of Aalo, introduction of odd-even plying of vehicles during Corona peak, visits to many administrative circles and schools to know the ground realities of their functioning.

West Siang ZPC Babom Romin lauded the contributions of the outgoing DC.
