The India Meteorological Department (IMD) announced on Tuesday that Cyclone ‘Biparjoy,’ positioned over the east-central and adjoining southeast Arabian Sea, is anticipated to shift northwards and gain strength, evolving into a severe cyclonic storm within the next few hours.
