Today is the last day of the election campaign for the third and final phase of the Assam Assembly polls.

The phase three election in Assam will be held in 40 constituencies covering 12 districts including Kamrup (M) in Lower Assam on Tuesday.

After the Election Commission reduced the ban on him from 48 hours to 24 hours, the BJP leader and minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has resumed his campaign.

In the third phase, the BJP will contest in less number of seats as most of the seats will be contested by the allies of BJP- AGP and UPPL.
