Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Monday met the members of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) at his office in Itanagar. The meeting was held ahead of the mains examination that is slated to be held on February 6, 2021, by the commission.
With just over 2 months left for the mains examination, the meeting holds significance as the APPSC has been making repeated assurance of conducting a “foolproof examination taking necessary precautions based on past experiences.”
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu in the brief meeting stressed on the fact that the State needs civil servants, who could be trusted with their merit, ability and integrity. “Politicians can be changed but civil servants remain the same. I will ensure Arunachal gets civil servants who can be trusted with their merit, ability and integrity,” said Pema Khandu.
