Arunachal Pradesh Chief minister Pema Khandu attends e-conclave organised by Rajiv Gandhi University’s Social Work and Sociology Departments to commemorate the Vijay Diwas (Victory Day) on the theme “Valour of Indian Armed Forces and Ending the Genocide by the Pakistan Army in Bangladesh on 16 December, 1971: Socio-Political Ramifications in South Asia”.
State Governor and Chief Rector of RGU Brig (Retd) Dr BD Mishra also presided over the programme. Lt Gen R P Kalita, GOC 3 Corps was among the keynote speakers.
