Arunachal Pradesh’s Chief secretary IAS Dharmendra Pradhan called on Governor BD Mishra on Thursday at Raj Bhavan and discussed various developmental projects of the State.
Governor BD Mishra advised Chief Secretary Dharmendra Pradhan to closely monitor the developmental projects to ensure quality and timely implementation.
He also said that the benefits of the state and central government schemes and programmes should reach the targeted people and urged the chief secretary to review the educational centres and public security on a regular basis.
The Governor also advised him to establish an effective, responsive and prompt communication, compliance and people-friendly interaction system with all 26 deputy commissioners of the state.
It is to be mentioned that IAS Dharmendra took charge as the new chief secretary (CS) of Arunachal Pradesh on Wednesday. He had previously served as the Chairman of New Delhi Municipal Corporation.
