Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Dr) B.D Mishra (Rtd.) has return to Itanagar Capital after going through the Rapid Antigen Test at entry point of the State. As per COVID-19 protocol he is under home quarantine and will work from home.

He made this announcement via a tweet, where he appealed to the masses to fight against Coronavirus by Social distancing, using face mask and washing the hands frequently.
