Arunachal Chief Minister Pema Khandu thanked the centre whole-heartedly for the construction of the beautiful Highway between Pasighat and Pangin in Arunachal Pradesh.

He aslo thanked Union Minister Nitin Gadkari for building the iportant National Highway 13.
