Lungla ADC Tashi Dondup on Sunday flagged off the first ever Bird Survey Meet in Tawang District, organised by Women Welfare Association, Lungla in association with Arunachal Birding Club and Ngunu Ziro.

The three-day Bird Survey Meet is initiated and sponsored by Lungla MLA Jambey Tashi. The birders would be birding at Lungla on Sunday, Namtsering on April 11 and Jemeithang on April 12.

After the bird survey, a two-day workshop on homestay, hospitality and photography will commence at Zomkhang Hall, Lungla on April 13.
