Arunachal: CRPF Distribute Sports item to Students in Khonsa

On Monday, the 36th Battalion of the CRPF distributed sports items such as badminton rackets, nets, shuttlecocks, volleyballs, and other materials to local village players and students at Khonsa’s higher secondary school as a goodwill gesture and to foster healthy relations between security forces and the local public.

The headmaster of the school, Nokdon Chimyang, GPC Ponghu Suayang Deputy Commandant MS Yadav, and other district administrative leaders were also present.

In his remarks on the occasion, battalion commandant Pawan Kumar Singh stated that sports improve physical stamina and flexibility, foster team spirit and coordination among team members, and foster a healthy atmosphere and sportsmanship among kids.

He went on to say that sporting facilities and the availability of sports equipment would provide children the opportunity to pursue a career in the field of sports, and that similar programmes will be organised in the future to raise youth awareness of sports and education.

The school faculty and neighbouring residents expressed gratitude and appreciation to the CRPF for their efforts. This is a CRPF endeavour to promote peace and harmony in society.

The efforts were lauded by the school, the locals, and the local administration officials, according to a press release. He urged the children to be good citizens and to bring honour to the country.
