The reconstruction of Ego bridge is in full swing and will be completed soon.

The important bridge was washed away due to flash flood and landslide triggered by incessant rain.

Union minister Kiren Rijiju intervened and urged the concerned departments to build a temporary structure so that the communication between Lower Siang and Leparada districts could be restored.

According to reports, the bridge will be completed within 2 days. But, the movement of vehicles will be subjected to approval from the District Administration of Leparada.
