Arunachal Pradesh’s Tawang DC KN Damo has asked all the departments working at circle and sub-division level to work in tandem with the administrative officers for effective implementation of any developmental project in the district.

The new DC said this during a coordination meeting with all the administrative officers and heads of offices on Tuesday.

While addressing the officers, DC appreciated the performance of all the departments in Tawang and sought cooperation and support from all to achieve better development. Speaking on sustainable development goals, he urged the department concerned to go through it and give feedback on their on-ground achievement on the set goals.

“Our state is doing very well, but we need to make it better and make our state achieve the highest level of development,” he added.

On the upsurge of COVID-19 positive cases, he urged everyone to work as Team Tawang with new modalities to combat the third wave.

Earlier, additional deputy commissioner, Lobsang Tsering asked the members present to use the district leave management system (DLMS) developed by NIC, Tawang to avail leaves online by downloading the app on their mobiles.
