The State Government has announced December 7 and 10 as paid holidays, so that employees and workers can cast their votes in the BTC elections.

This is for all the factories, plantations (including tea plantations), shops and commercial establishments and banking Institutions among others across BTAD (Bodoland Territorial Autonomous District).
