NDA will secure 75-85 seats, while Congress-led Grand Alliance will get 40-50 seats, as per India Today-Axis My India exit poll.

Same numbers of seats was predicted by the Manorama News-VMR exit poll for BJP alliance and the Congress alliance.

According to P-MARQ exit poll, Congress-led alliance possibly might win 56-64 seats to form the government, and BJP likely to get 62-70 seats.

64 is the majority mark in Assam.

The BJP-led alliance might win 70 seats according to News 24-Today’s Chanakya exit poll, amd grand alliance possibly will win 56 seats.

The Republic TV-CNX exit poll predicts of an effortless win of the BJP with 74 and 84 seats, while the Congress-led alliance will get 40-50 seats.

According to the ABP News-C Voter poll the NDA will get 58-71 seats, the Congress-led alliance to win 53-66 seats.

The Assam elections took place in three phases, and above 75% was the poll turnouts recorded in all the three phases.
