The Assam Government is likely to announce a new set of SOP in which all shops and business establishments are to close by 2pm and night curfew will start from 6pm instead of 8pm from Wednesday(May 5).

However, a formal announcement is yet to made by the government

According to previous SOPs, market places and business establishments were ordered to be close by 6pm and night curfew was imposed from 8pm.
