To campaign for the BJP candidates contesting in the Assam Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to arrive at Chabua, Assam on Saturday afternoon.

Previously PM Modi tweeted that that he will highlight the party’s developmental agenda in both the poll-bound states.

“It is clear both states want to elect NDA in the upcoming polls,” PM Modi said.

In recent times, PM Modi in Assam’s Karimganj addressed a rally that highlighted the BJP-led NDA Government’s various achievements and goals.

“For decades, Congress ignored the Northeast. Since 2016, the NDA Government has focussed on connectivity and social empowerment. Thank you Karimganj for the affection!” Modi tweeted after the Karimganj rally.
