Assam’s schools and institutions are expected to reopen on September 1 for students in classes 10, 12, and final semester. Assam’s education minister, Ranuj Pegu, confirmed this in Guwahati.
According to Pegu, the Assam cabinet must approve the reopening of classes before a final decision can be made. A special SOP is being developed for the resumption of courses in schools and institutions, according to the state education minister.
