Guwahati Police apprehended two accused ATM scammers on Saturday evening. Rajesh and Birendra, the arrested individuals, have been identified. They are both locals of Khanda Kheri village in Haryana’s Hisar district.

They continued their illicit actions by switching customer ATM cards at ATM kiosks. The arrests were made based on intelligence inputs, according to the police. They were apprehended in Guwahati’s Lokhra Chariali.

The cops discovered 38 ATM cards from their possession once they were apprehended. It should be noted that ATM fraud is a serious offence in the country. People who are unaware of technological advances are frequently the victims of these crimes.
