Originally initiated during the Congress regime, the construction of the edifice underwent an impressive overhaul under the current BJP government’s guidance, resulting in the creation of a cutting-edge structure.
Gracing the momentous occasion, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal witnessed the grand inauguration ceremony.
