Manipur: BSF sub-inspector accomplishes martyrdom in J&K

Along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s, Rajouri Sector after Pakistan Army broke the ceasefire agrement on Tuesday, a Border Security Force (BSF) sub-inspector lost his life during a face off.
N.S Jamwal, Inspector-General BSF Jammu said, “Martyred SI P Guite had displayed the highest degree of dedication and devotion to duty and laid down his life in the line of duty”.
“Martyred Sub Inspector P. Guite was a gallant and sincere border man. The nation will always remain indebted to him for his supreme sacrifice and devotion to duty. Border Security Force has retaliated strongly and effectively on Pakistan Army posts. The martyrdom of the Border man will not go in vain. Border Security Force salutes the Braveheart on BSF Raising Day.”
Guite belongs from Maphoukuki village, Lamlong Post in Manipur’s Kangpokpi district.
He said, Guite’s body will be taken back to his native village for the last rites tol be performed with full state honours.
