Mary Kom, MP Rajya Sabha supports ‘OXYGEN ATM’ initiative by Helping Hands for NE covid patients in Delhi NCR.
She has contributed 3 lakhs for ‘OXYGEN ATM’ and for Cremation costs of NE people in cities. Deeply touched by Mary Kom’s benevolent concern for marooned distress NE folks in this unprecedented Covid crisis time.
Robin Hibu, IPS stated that, ‘It was truly encouraging emotive gesture when Mary Kom, India’s famous Role Model and Olympian called me today and assured me’.

Mary kom said that, ‘I will support whatever i can do from my MPlad fund in this critical time for distressed COVID patients from NE states, please continue to help them. No words are enough to thank Helping Hands volunteers for their selfless social works in this dangerous Covid crisis’.
Meanwhile, she is the first MP from NE states to support Helping Hands reach out to the distressed and needy NE folks in cities.
