The Executive Engineer of Public Works Department, North Garo Hills received a request in written by MDC of Resubelpara Rinaldo K. Sangma, urging the officer over early completion of the pending Bridge and Road constructions in his constituency.

Major road communications has been cut off for hundreds of villages who depend on these routes for attending their office, and daily wage earnings, said Sangma.

He said, “There have been many recent incidents where sick and pregnant women being transported to hospitals and requiring medical emergencies were disrupted because of these road inconveniences”.

Few of the roads are Motchor to Ransel PMGSY road construction via Boda-Apal, Chidaret Bridge and Subway, Damra to Beru Bari (NH-51) road via Resubelpara.
