A brand new TV Channel has been launched by the Sikkim Minister LN Sharma for the State.

The channel,’Hamro Varta ‘ publication, has started the new channel.

Sikkim Krantikari Morcha party who publishes the Nepali Daily, House of Hamro Varta, have taken the initiative before even coming to power.

Minister LN Sharma said, ‘It is a historic moment for constructive journalism’ on his visit to the recording room, studio, production and control room on Friday. Other party members also attended the program.

He made sure to provide Government support while congratulating the ‘Hamro Varta ‘House.

Public now has choice over Sikkim’s Samvaad TV cable network.
