The All India Kishan Sangharsh Coordination Committee (AIKSCC) organized a rally by the name ‘Raj Bhawan’ Abhiyan (March to Raj Bhawan) in Agartala on Saturday.
Demanding to take back the three controversial farm laws, hundreds of activists of AIKSCC marched towards the Raj Bhawan in Agartala.
The rally to the Raj Bhawan started from Orient Chaumahani in Agartala.
The procession was blocked by the police however, before it reached the circuit house area.
CPI-M leader Pabitra Kar said, “Since independence this is the most inhumane Government that has come to power. So far, 150 farmers have lost their lives during protests in Delhi, but the Central Government has extended no help.”
Demanding removal of the controversial farm laws, a march to the Raj Bhawan was organized to observe the birth anniversary of Subhash Chandra Bose by the Left Front-backed organizations, he said.
