In an attack by militants in Jammu and Kashmir, two CRPF jawans, including one 55-yr-old soldier from Tripura were killed and two others sustained heavy injuries on March 25.
The deceased jawans have been recognized as Mangaram Debbarma and Constable Ashok Kumar.
On the outer part of Jammu and Kashmir in Lawaypora, terrorist killed the Jawans .
Mangaram Debbarma was posted as a sub-inspector in the 73rd battalion of CRPF. He belongs from Taidu village of Gomoti District in Tripura.
On Srinagar-Baramulla national highway the CRPF jawans were on Road Opening Party duty when the terrorists opened fire on them.
The injured jawans were shifted to 92nd base hospital.
The demise of the CRPF jawans were deeply condoled by Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb and Agriculture Minister Pranjit Singha Roy.
