It is now a common problem among ladies in summer, rash (miliaria) happens when your sweat glands become barred and sweat can’t be discharged through the pores. Instead, the sweat pools under your skin, creating redness and a rash.

The best approach is to cool off. Heat rash happens mainly when you sweat more than normal because of heat and humidity. Heat rash usually clears up without treatment.

Some people will undergo more soreness than others depending on how sensitive your skin is and it’s usually no cause for alarm. However, what could a rash on your breasts mean? Most people will have been in the position where they’re in public and they get an awkward itch. You cross your arms across your chest in an attempt to scratch it but if it’s persistent and red it can get a little worrying. 

Another cause you may come out with a rash or hives is if you’re having an allergic reaction to something. You’re most likely to experience dermatitis or swelling if the skin on your chest is touched by something you’re allergic to. If you’ve swapped out your perfume, clothes detergent, or even jewelry your skin could become agitated. If you can’t pinpoint what might be bothering your skin then don’t rule out products you’ve used for a long time, an allergic reaction can develop at any time.
