The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed CA Intermediate and Final exams scheduled for May 2021. The decision to postpone the CA exams scheduled for May 2021 is taken in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. The CA Inter exam was scheduled to begin on May 22 and CA Final exam was scheduled to start on May 21.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants ICAI tweeted that, ‘Important Announcement regarding Postponement of the ICAI Chartered Accountants Examinations- Final & Intermediate Course which are scheduled to be held in May 2021 in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.’

The COVID-19 situation will be reviewed by the ICAI before finalizing fresh exam dates. The new dates will be announced at least 25 days before the start of the examinations on the official website, later they added.

The registration for the ICAI CA exam in June 2021 has already been started. However, as per the official announcement, students applying for CA June 2021 Foundation Exam are facing following issues while filling the application form.
