A man was arrested for sexually assaulting his minor daughter in Gwalior. The incident happened in Hanuman Nagar in Gwalior. 

“We have arrested a man for sexually assaulting his minor daughter under the influence of alcohol. A case has been registered against the accused father under Section 376 of the Indian Penal code and POCSO Act,” Amit Sanghi, Superintendent of police, Gwalior said.

The incident happened in Gwalior, Gola Mandir police station limit five days ago.

The minor contacted the child helpline. The minor said that her mother split from her father and she lives in her father’s house with her younger sister. She alleged that her father kept on raping her for several days in a drunken state.
