MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings reach record ninth IPL final

After defeating Delhi Capitals by four wickets on Sunday, former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings to their ninth final.

According to reports, the Delhi Capitals will have a second chance to reach the final when they face the winner of Monday’s eliminator between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore RCB.

Dhoni hit a square cut, got a bit of luck going his way, and then pulled DC’s best bowler Tom Curran for the most famous T20 boundary of recent times, according to a match report. Dhoni had earlier slapped Avesh Khan for a six over midwicket, according to the report.
