On the occasion of Silpi Divas, Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal also attended the central Silpi Divas programme at Golaghat on Sunday.

Mising writer-artiste Indreswar Pegu and singer Namita Bhattacharya were presented the Silpi Bota at the function organised by the cultural affairs department.
