Fans at a music festival ripped off the pink diamond that was implanted into Lil Uzi Vert’s forehead this year. He was crowd surfing at a recent music festival when the jewel embedded in his forehead was yanked out.

Lil Uzi Vert claims that he had a $24 MILLION rock embedded as a flashy facial implant, claiming he saved up for the pink gemstone for years and wanted it put in his forehead because he was afraid he’d lose it instead.

When Lil Uzi did a stage dive at the Miami Hip Hop Festival, his fans ripped the implant right out of his forehead. He didn’t sustain any serious facial injuries and now has a barbell piercing in its place and, yes, he still has the diamond.

He explained on Twitter that he bought the diamond from jewelry designer Elliot Eliantte and has been paying it off since 2017. He later revealed that the diamond was “10 almost 11 carats” in weight and cost more than all of his cars and home combined.
