North Korea’s Kim tours flood-hit town along with his sister

North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un was seen inspecting the recovery efforts in a flooded village damaged by recent typhoons that hit the area.

The leader praised the speedy reconstruction work in Kimhwa county during his visit along with his sister Kim Yo-jong. This was the first time since his sister reappeared in public in about two months.

It is to be noted that Kim Yo-jung is the de facto second in command and is the leader’s only close relative with a public role in politics.
