A team of Arunachal Pradesh Catholic Association (APCA) led by its secretary general Nabam Pekhi distributed relief items to April 3 fire victims of Senua Noksa village on Thursday.

The relief items included clothes, essential commodities items and a cheque of Rs. 50.000.

Forty families had lost their homes and hearths by a devastating fire incident on last April 3 evening. The team including diocesan secretary Yangli Homtok and Longding district unit president Dominic Wangphan also interacted with the fire victims and urged them to maintain distance while reconstructing their houses.

It was an initiative in coordination with students of Don Bosco College, Jollang and church believers.
