The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Seva Dal (APCSD), outraged by the state of the roadway from Naharlagun to Nirjuli, has asked that the highway department’s chief engineer and executive engineer be transferred immediately.

In a press briefing, APCSD president Taba Tagam demanded that the state government immediately issue a transfer notice against the engineers of the highway department for their failure to maintain the road from Naharlagun to Nirjuli.

Tagam also said that Chief Minister Pema Khandu should resign on moral grounds as he has failed to bring development in the state.
