Minister of Information and Public Relations (IPR) Bamang Felix expressed displeasure with the poor progress of the Film & Television Institute (FTI) in Jollang Rakap and instructed the central public works department (CPWD) here to finish it by May 31, 2022.
Felix instructed the CPWD to create a thorough action plan and adhere to the institute’s amended completion timeline.
The IPR minister met with members of the Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute (SRFTI), officials from the CPWD, and the directorate of information and public relations (DIPR) on Monday to discuss the institute’s building progress and other relevant concerns.
