Arunachal Pradesh Health & Family Welfare Minister, Alo Libang, has pledged to elevate the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals in the state, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services to its people. Speaking virtually at a training program organized by ECHO India and NHM Arunachal Pradesh, Libang emphasized the significance of continuous learning and growth in healthcare, particularly through ECHO’s innovative ‘Hub and Spoke’ model of capacity-building.
The training event was attended by prominent figures, including Mission Director (NHM) Marge Sora, TRIHMS Director Dr. Moji Jini, Director of Medical Education, Research & Training Dr. Hage Ambing, and Head of Communication, ECHO India, Ujjwal Pratap, among others.
The ‘Hub and Spoke’ model, based on the ‘All Teach All Learn’ framework, aims to overcome the challenges faced in healthcare service delivery by fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and collaboration among health officials.
Highlighting the importance of strong partnerships in strengthening the healthcare system, Libang emphasized leveraging the expertise and experience of organizations like ECHO to equip healthcare professionals with the latest advancements and best practices.
