Higher Secondary School Dambuk, in Lower Dinang Valley. The inaugural ceremony was attended by MP Tapir Gao, Home Minister Bamang Felix, Local MLA Dambuk, Gum Tayeng, Anini MLA Mopi Mihu and other officials along DC Roing.
With this recent development the education sector especially in eastern belt of Arunachal Pradesh will see a huge boost, as the intake capacity of the school will be increased. The Children of that area won’t have to travel to Roing for higher education anymore. Earlier, the Anjaw district in eastern belt of Arunachal Pradesh also got a clear node from the Union Ministry to set a Kendriya Vidyalaya in the remote district bordering China.
It is to be noted that the Govt Higher Secondary School Dambuk is one of the oldest schools in Arunachal. The school has produced many successful people and its alumni include the first IAS officer from state & many others who brought laurel to state.
