Just two weeks after re-opening the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Balinong in Arunachal Pradesh’s Changlang District. So far, 17 people have tested positive for the novel Coronavirus.

Out of the total COVID-19 positive cases, 15 of them are girls who have returned to the institute from various districts of the state.
