With an aim to turn the State into a Sports hub, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday donated a plot of land to the Sports Department in Itanagar.
He donated 20,700 square meter plot of land to the Sports Department at Chimphu near Sangey Lhaden Sports Academy for the establishment of Dorjee Khandu Badminton Academy in Itanagar. The Minister gave away the gift deed for transfer of property to Youth Affairs and Sports Minister, Mama Natung.
