Helping Hands to set up Incubation Centre at Nagaland for NE Diaspora

Helping Hand

The ‘Helping Hand’ NGO led by IPS Robin Hibu has signed an MoU with Dr Andrew Ahoto to establish a centre in Nagaland’s Dimapur in an initiative to reach out to the Northeastern diaspora.

The NGO ‘Helping Hand’ assists people from Northeast migrating to cities for jobs and education. The Organisation acts as a guardian, in imparting survival tactics of cities for first time migrants. They reach out to the people in their hours of crisis and act as a support to which they could rely on.

It is to be mentioned that, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Assam ‘Helping Hands’ Centres are also in pipeline to assist the Northeastern diaspora migrating to cities for employment, education etc.

Even in Chicago, USA, Helping Hands will be opening a centre for helping Himalayan states folks, informed IPS Robin Hibu.
