The elusive Red panda had been spotted and caputed in a photograph for the first time in the forest of Chug Valley in Arunachal Pradesh.

The community in Chug valley has declared the area as a Community Conserved area to secure and preserve the pristine habitat of Wildlife & Ecosystem.
