In a huge achievement, three Martial artists from Kickboxing Association of Arunachal (KAA) will be participating in the upcoming World Association of Kickboxing Organizations (WAKO) World Championship 2021. The upcoming event will be held at Italy’s Venice and will begin from 15th to 24th October.

Jumi Basar will be competing for the 89 kg light contact, while Hura Gambo Tarh in the 69 kg light contact and Charu Tach will be aiming for gold in the 74 kg point fighting categories, respectively.

“It is a contact sport which requires tireless hours of practice, absolute discipline, strong determination and able guidance,” said Jumi expressing gratitude to KAA. He also extended his respect to his mentor and coach Charu Govin.
