At upper Assam’s Jorhat on Sunday, North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) convenor and Assam health, finance, education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma took part in a bike rally. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers and local people gave him a grand welcome.

The party workers took part in the bike rally in huge numbers. The minister addresses a public meeting near Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH). The foundation stone of a railway over bridge will also be launched by Sarma.
