A man was observed abusing a woman while standing in line at a bank office in Dibrugarh in a startling and disgusting event.
A man in a pink t-shirt with a mask can be seen in the queue stroking his lower body against the back of the woman in front of him. The man appeared to be grinning as he continued his disgusting behaviour while the entire episode was captured on camera.
On social media, the video has gone viral. GP Singh, the Special DGP (Law & Order) of the Assam Police, has instructed the Dibrugarh SP to look into the incident and take suitable action against the pervert.
