Arms and ammunition were recovered by the Assam Police from the banks of Mora Pagladia River in Barimakha area of Baksa district of Assam.

Assam Police launched a search operation in Baksa at about 12.15 am last night based on a tip-off. An AK 47 rifle along with one magazine, 107 rounds live AK ammunition, a Glock pistol, 8 rounds 9 mm Glock ammunition were recovered which were hidden underground.

A case has been registered and investigated is underway in this matter.
