Vijendra Singh Jafa, the former Assam Chief Secretary succumbs to cancer.

Vijendra Singh Jafa, the retired IAS officer was suffering from cancer since last nine years. He passed away on Wednesday morning in Gurgaon.

His last rites were performed at Bhondsi village on Sohna-Gurgaon road located in the outskirts of Delhi.
