Educational Institutes in Assam to re-open from November 1.

The annoucement was made by state education minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. However, online classes and informal classes for Class 9-12 are going on in the state following COVID-19 protocols.

As the guidelines for Unlock 5.0 stated that the centre would allow the opening of educational institute from October 15 but it will mostly be upto the state to take the decision after the consultation with the educational institute’s management.
