After the surrender of Drishti Rajkhowa, the position of Commander of Western Command was announced as taken by ULFA (Independent) on Friday.

Before Jishnu, Drishti Rajkhowa was the commander of the 109 battalion of ULFA.He was ‘promoted’ as the Deputy Commander-in-Chief in 2011.
