The agriculture department of Manipur felicitated Minister for Agriculture, Veterinary and Tourism, Oinam Lukhoi Singh at Imphal on Monday.

Minister O. Lukhoi said.“Teamwork is important for the successful implementation of any assigned task, I urge all the employees of the Agriculture Department to coordinate the various schemes and projects for the welfare of the farmers’ communities,”

All the field staff and officials to implement and introduce innovative ideas for the farmers by the Minister, and also cheered the officers and officials of the department to come forward with feedback for the successful execution of any schemes/projects.

Most of the plans of the Department are mainly sponsored schemes, O. Lukhoi Singh directed the officials to submit Utilisation Certificates (UC) on time for timely sanction of the project amount to avoid delay in implementing any scheme to be given to the farmers.
